What is your return policy?

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for any reason with all parts and product packaging intact within 30 days for a full refund.  Please contact us using our Contact Us page or call us toll free at +1 (844) 818-1277 or send an email to Service@ConsumersEnergyStore.com and we’ll send you return instructions.

Are there any items that I can’t return?

  • All items available for purchase on our site are eligible to be returned.

Will you provide a shipping label for my return?

  • If your return is due to a damaged/defective product or because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  Please contact us toll free at +1 (844) 818-1277 or send an email to Service@ConsumersEnergyStore.com and we’ll send you return instructions.

When will I receive my credit?

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify that all parts and the product packaging is intact, we will issue a refund to your card within one business day.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, a refund credit can take up to 7 days to appear on your card statement.

What if I receive the wrong product?

  • If your return is because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.  Please contact us toll free at +1 (844) 818-1277 or send an email to Service@ConsumersEnergyStore.com and we’ll send you return instructions and the pre-paid shipping label.
